This individual has reached this position by helping other people reach their goals. A District Manager is in control of a group of stores and manages a team of store managers. It is the District Manager’s responsibility to facilitate the success of each of their store managers. The District Manager closely monitors the needs of each store manager within their group and offers guidance and direction. It is also the responsibility of the District Manager to groom or develop store managers that have demonstrated the desire and ability to become District Managers.
Complete responsibility for the operating of a single unit. This position involves decision making and management for personnel, sales/marketing, and general appearance of a store.
To provide the store's customers with the best service possible. To operate cash register and electronic scanner to itemize and total customers' purchases, receive payment, and assist in bagging purchases for customers. To perform stocking and other duties as assigned to ensure that the work shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store.
